And supply them with the following information:
  • Full names and surname
  • NDIS number
And they will include an NDIS appropriate invoice with your order OR if you require an invoice prior to shipment, please indicate and they will gladly email the invoice to you.

For NDIS Participants who have their plan MANAGED BY THE NDIA:

Please email one of the distributors via the emails supplied or you can email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the following information:
  • Name
  • Postal Address
  • Item/s you would like to order
  • Your NDIS number and current dates for your plan (includes commencement date and ending date)
That will enable to generate a ‘Standard Service Booking’ directly through the NDIS website. Once confirmation of payment has been received by them (usually 1-2 working days) they will supply your order via Australia Post.
